Business Concept

 

We will be serving real Philly Cheesesteaks made with authentic Amoroso rolls.  We will also serve unique Italian Sausage Sandwiches.  The side dishes will include our own, homemade pierogies, sweet potato fries and potato wedges.

Goals and Objectives

 

The short-term goal is to get started and begin making a name for us locally.  The truck will be at all events at Veteran’s Park in Sierra Vista and most sporting events and games in the area.  Also, we will find a location to open the truck and run it throughout most weekends.

Location

 

We would be based in Sierra Vista, AZ but would serve most of southern AZ.  In the future, we would like to move the whole operation to a hard site.
